"Dinner with Fire" & wine pairing presented by Sous Chef David Kirk from elements. $59 menu $29 Wine Pairing. Experience peak season produce with middle eastern flavors. Canapes and a cocktail served by the greenhouse followed by a 3 course seated dinner in the field.

*Fire-roasted and marinated salads highlighting the seasonal vegetables of Great Meadow Farm
Summer Squash Hummus with Grilled Flatbread
*Charred Zucchini, Pine Nuts, Za’atar Spice, Fattoush Salad
*Great Meadow Farm cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and herbs. Charred corn, sumac and lemon vinaigrette

*Grilled Lamb Served w/caramelized Onion, Tehina, Roasted Tomatoes, Fennel and Flatbread

*Konafi (shredded phyllo dough baked dessert) Seasonal fruit, clotted cream, pistachio, lemon verbena
This is a communal seating event. We will be following standard restaurant protocols reccommended by the CDC. This event is rain or shine and proper farm attire is reccomended (IE: close toed shoes or boots)
