About the event
Great Meadow Farm & elements welcomes Chef Brian Hirata from Na’au, in Hilo Hawaii. As our last Dinner event of the season, Chef Brian, Chef Scott, and Chef Mike will work collaboratively alongside our Great Meadow Farming team to bring you a Fall harvest menu.
Chef Brian, all the way from the “Big Island” of Hawaii which has the incredible diversity of farm terrain from land and sea, with high mountain elevations that are just a few minutes from the ocean. He will be bringing some ingredients to pair alongside of ours.
